This is Comyn. It's a bungalow in Bridlington, so it's all on one level. It's detached, sat on a corner plot. The garden is enclosed.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's spacious and light, and it's clean and comfortable. Because it's a bungalow, there are no stairs at all, which is useful for some.
You can walk to the north beach and the promenade in a few minutes. There's a shop, a pub, and a restaurant about a quarter of a mile away. The local golf course is two and a half miles.
For birdwatching, the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs is very close. You can walk along the cliff tops from there. Sewerby Hall is nearby, and Burton Agnes Hall is a short drive away. Filey, Scarborough, and Whitby are all along the coast within about an hour. Beverley and York are good for a day trip if you want to go a bit further.
What's there: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on the drive. No pets, sorry.
