Corner Farm is our place near Bridlington. It's a detached house, so no neighbours on the other side of a wall. You're on the edge of the village. It backs onto fields.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's clean and everything works, but it's not a show home. The stairs are normal. One of the bedrooms is downstairs with bunk beds, which can be handy.
The garden is enclosed. There's a patio with a hot tub. It's private. If you're bringing dogs, two are allowed. They can run around the patio.
Inside, the layout is straightforward. There's a decent sized living room with a dining area and a TV. The kitchen has what you need. There's a washing machine in a little utility room. The bathroom has a separate shower and a freestanding bath.
Bridlington is about five minutes in the car. The beach is good, long and sandy. Dogs are allowed on parts of it. The town has the usual shops, pubs, and places to eat. The harbour is active if you like to watch the boats.
If you want to get out, the Yorkshire Wolds are right there for walks. The coast path at Flamborough is about ten minutes away. For birdwatching, RSPB Bempton Cliffs is close. National Trust Yorkshire has several properties nearby, like Sewerby Hall.
In terms of what's there, it's all listed. The parking is on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. There's Wi-Fi. The entrance is level, so it's okay for wheelchairs to get in the door.
