Seaforth House

Seaforth House is in Bridlington. It's a duplex apartment in a big Victorian house, about three minutes from the beach. You can see the sea from it.

It sleeps seven. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently, so everything works properly and feels new. The rooms are big and light.

The living room has a bay window and a chair you can turn to look at the water. There's a TV. Down the hall there's a dining room with a big table, and it's got an Xbox and some board games in there. The kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher.

Up another flight of stairs are the bedrooms. One king size with a sea view, one twin, and one with bunk beds that has a double on the bottom. All the beds are comfortable.

You get two off-road parking spaces, which is useful in Bridlington.

The beach is 200 yards away. There's a pub and restaurant about half a mile off. The Spa Theatre is close by if you fancy a show.

If you want to go out, the RSPB place at Bempton Cliffs is about twenty minutes by car. Burton Agnes Hall and Sewerby Hall are also within half an hour. York is an hour's drive if you fancy a full day out.

Facilities: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, parking. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. It's on the list as suitable for Christmas stays.
