Buoy On The Bay is an apartment, on the first floor of a big Victorian house on The Crescent in Bridlington. It's about 50 yards from the beach.
It sleeps six, but that's across two bedrooms. One has a super king-size bed and its own shower room. The other has a double bed and a single bunk bed, so that's two adults and a child in there. There's also a family bathroom with a bath.
The main room is open plan. You've got the kitchen at one end, sofas and a TV in the middle, and the dining table by the big picture window looking straight out to sea. The view is good, you can see right across to Flamborough Head. The stairs up to the flat are the original ones, so they're grand but a bit steep.
You’re right on the South Beach promenade. The amusements, the beach, the harbour, and plenty of cafes and chip shops are all a two-minute walk. It’s lively in season. You can watch the fishing boats come in at the harbour.
If you want to get out, Bempton Cliffs is a short drive north. It’s an RSPB reserve with huge seabird colonies. Flamborough Head is closer for walks. Further inland, the Yorkshire Wolds are good for cycling.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable and clean. Everything you'd expect is here: wifi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
