Woodlands
Woodlands is a detached lodge on a site next to the Bridlington Links Golf Course. It sleeps two people, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and modern, but it's not huge. It's fine for a couple. You can bring two dogs.
The lodge is in the corner of the site so it feels quite private. You get your own enclosed garden and patio, and parking for two cars.
The site has a clubhouse that does meals and has a terrace. There's an 18-hole golf course, a driving range, and a gym. You pay for those at the clubhouse.
A short walk away is Sewerby village. There's a pub that does food and a fish and chip shop. You can walk from there along the cliffs into Bridlington, or get the land train in summer.
The lodge backs onto the grounds of Sewerby Hall. It's a Georgian house with good gardens. It's worth a look. For other stately homes, Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall are a short drive away.
Bridlington is about a mile. It's a proper seaside town with a long sandy beach. There are pubs and shops. You can walk there along the cliff path if you want.
For a day out, York and Hull are both less than an hour's drive. Hull was the City of Culture a few years back.
Facilities include a TV, wifi, and all bedding and towels. There's a washing machine. The parking is on site.
