Grays Cottage is a bungalow on the outskirts of Bridlington. It's in a normal residential street, so it's quiet, but you can walk to the town centre and the front.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Everything is on one level, so there are no stairs to worry about. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. The garden is enclosed and there's a wooden deck that gets the sun.
It's less than a mile to the beach. Bridlington has two big, sandy beaches. They're very flat, so good for kids. The harbour's still working too, so you can see the fishing boats come in.
There's a shop about five minutes' walk away. A pub and a restaurant are about ten minutes.
For local walks, you can follow the cliffs north to Sewerby Hall. It's about a mile and a half. There's a cliff-top land train in the summer if you don't fancy the walk. The RSPB at Bempton Cliffs is a twenty minute drive, if you like seabirds.
Scarborough and Filey are up the coast, about twenty and fifteen minutes by car respectively. Hull and York are both around an hour's drive if you want a day in a city. The North York Moors National Park is about forty minutes.
In terms of what's here: there's parking on the drive, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. No pets, I'm afraid.
