This is Yorkshire Rose Holiday Lodge in Sewerby. It's a detached lodge on a golf course, just outside Bridlington.
It sleeps four people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. You can bring two dogs. It's wheelchair friendly at the entrance, and there's parking right outside.
The golf clubhouse is about 400 yards away. You can use their restaurant, bar and gym. The bar has a veranda with good sea views. If you've got a golf handicap, you get a discount on the 18-hole course. Anyone can use the driving range.
Bridlington is a couple of miles away. It's a proper old-fashioned seaside town with a sandy beach and a working harbour. There are places to eat and the Spa Theatre gets some good shows.
For a walk, you can go straight from the lodge into the grounds of Sewerby Hall. It's a Georgian house with gardens, a small zoo, and a lot of parkland. There's a land train that runs from there down into Bridlington.
North of the golf course is Danes Dyke, which is a nature reserve. It's good for dogs and kids, with wooded paths down to the shore. From there you can walk along to Flamborough Head to see the chalk cliffs.
A short drive away is the RSPB Bempton Cliffs reserve, where you can see seabirds like puffins.
Scarborough and Whitby are further up the coast if you want to explore. York, the North York Moors or Leeds are all doable for a day out.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: TV, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can store bicycles.
The on-site farm shop is opposite the golf club. The nearest proper shop is about two miles away in Bridlington.
