Garden Cottage is a one-bedroom place in Bridlington Old Town. It's detached, with its own garden and parking on site.
It's small, so it sleeps two. There's one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got the rating it has, a 3 Star, because it's clean and has what you need, but it's not a show home. The layout is open plan downstairs. The stairs are fairly steep, just so you know.
You're on the main road into the Old Town, overlooking the green. It's generally quiet for where it is. The local pub is a couple of minutes walk. The nearest shop is a bit further, maybe five minutes.
Bridlington seafront and the beach are about a twenty-five minute walk from here. Or you can drive it in five. It's a typical seaside town. There's a harbour and the promenade.
Right here in the Old Town, you've got the Bayle Museum next door if you're interested in local history. The Priory Church is just across the green. There are a few decent places to eat, also within walking distance.
For a day out, Sewerby Hall and Gardens is a mile up the road. It's a Georgian house with grounds and a small zoo. You can walk along the clifftop from there into Bridlington. Flamborough Head and the RSPB site at Bempton Cliffs are about a fifteen minute drive. You can see the seabird colonies there.
Further afield, within a thirty minute drive, you've got Filey and Scarborough along the coast. Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall are inland, maybe twenty minutes by car.
Facilities: There's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. The garden is yours to use. No pets.
