Lodge 10 is a modern lodge on a park near Carnaby, just outside Bridlington. It's detached, so you won't have neighbours on the other side of a wall. You've got your own little enclosed deck out the back with some seating.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean, comfortable, and everything works, but it's not a luxury finish. The main living area is open plan: kitchen, dining table, and a sitting area with a TV.
You're about a five-minute drive from Bridlington centre. You can walk it along the beach in maybe twenty minutes if the tide's out. Bridlington's a proper seaside town. There's a harbour, fish and chips, arcades, the usual. The Spa puts on shows.
The beach is a big draw. It's a long, sandy beach. Good for walks with the dog. Speaking of dogs, you can bring two.
A short drive north gets you to RSPB Bempton Cliffs. It's a spectacular spot for seeing seabirds like puffins and gannets on the cliffs. Further along the coast, Flamborough Head is worth a visit.
If you want a day trip, you can be in York in just over an hour. Or head up to Whitby, which is about the same drive.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect: parking right outside, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. It's listed as family friendly, so there'll be a cot and highchair available if you need them.
If you're coming with a bigger group, there are other lodges on the same site that can be booked together.
