The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House is in Ulrome. It's the old coach house that used to serve the vicarage, but it's been completely done up inside. It's for two people.

It's got one bedroom and one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well looked after. It's not huge, but it's a good size for a couple.

You're in the vicarage grounds, so you've got the garden area and the patio to yourself. It overlooks the duck pond. There are always ducks about. You'll probably end up sitting out there watching them.

The village is quiet. The beach is a short walk away, but there are steps down to it. It's a proper beach, not just a bit of sand.

You're between Bridlington and Hornsea. Bridlington is a classic seaside town with the harbour and promenade. Hornsea has the Mere, which is a big lake for birdwatching and boats. The market town of Beverley is about twenty minutes drive. It's nice for a wander round. Beverley Minster is worth a look if you like that sort of thing.

Further afield, you can get into York in under an hour. The city walls are a good way to see it. The coast path runs along here if you're walking. Visit Yorkshire has more ideas.

Inside, it's got everything you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. They can provide a cot and highchair if you need one. No pets allowed.
