Church Court Cottage is in Beeford, a village inland from the coast. It's a terraced cottage, part of a row. It's old, probably built in the 1800s, but it's been updated inside.
It sleeps three, but it's laid out for a small family. Two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, the other has bunk beds and a small cabin bed. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are normal.
The back has an enclosed courtyard with a patio. It gets the sun in the evening. There's a wood burner in the front room for winter.
Everything you need is close by. The village shop is a two-minute walk. The pub is just down the road. There's a Chinese restaurant literally next door, and a fish and chip shop nearby. There's a famous ice cream place called Mr Moos on a farm just outside the village.
For the coast, it's about a twenty minute drive. Bridlington has the main beach and harbour. Filey is a bit further, and Hornsea is north. The big attraction for birdwatchers is RSPB Bempton Cliffs, which is about half an hour away.
Inland, you've got the Yorkshire Wolds for walking. The market town of Beverley is nice, and it's about half an hour's drive. Hull is about forty minutes, where you've got The Deep aquarium. York is just over an hour if you fancy a day out.
Facilities: it has parking, WiFi, TV, a washing machine, and a cot and highchair if needed. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to three dogs.
