Meadow View

Meadow View is one of the converted barns at Struncheon Hill Farm, near Rotsea. It's not a working farm now, it's quiet. You get your own enclosed garden that looks out over the paddocks. We see deer and foxes sometimes.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, nothing too fancy. The main living area is open plan. Stairs inside are fine.

You have access to the shared indoor heated swimming pool, which is a big plus. There's also a games room and a kids' play area on site. The complex is surrounded by fields and new woodland.

For basics, the village of Brandesburton is about four miles away. It has a shop and a pub. The coast is about a twenty minute drive. Bridlington, Scarborough, and Filey are all within half an hour. They're traditional seaside towns with long beaches.

If you like walking, the Yorkshire Wolds are right on the doorstep. For a day out, York is just under an hour's drive. Beverley is closer, about twelve miles. There are a few big houses nearby if that's your thing, like Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere Hall, both about thirty minutes away.

Facilities: there's a dishwasher, a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's parking. We take up to three pets.
