This is Meadow View, over in Rotsea. It's on a converted farm called Struncheon Hill Farm. You get your own enclosed garden. It looks out over paddocks. We get deer and foxes.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The conversion used a lot of the original barn materials.
You get to use the owners' indoor heated swimming pool. There's a shared games room and a kids' play area on site.
It's a quiet spot. The nearest shop and pub are about four miles away in Brandesburton. For a day out, Bridlington, Scarborough, and Filey are all a short drive. They've got proper beaches and promenades.
The area is good for walking and cycling. The Yorkshire Wolds are close. The RSPB have a bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs, which is about a 30-minute drive. You can see puffins there in season. Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere Hall are both within half an hour if you like stately homes. York is about an hour's drive.
The facilities are all listed but the main ones are: wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, parking. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to three dogs.
