Monkey Puzzle View is a bungalow in Hutton Cranswick. It's in a quiet residential street. The place sleeps four, in two bedrooms, and it has a 4 Star rating. Everything's on one level, which is good if stairs are a problem, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
You get two bedrooms. One is a double with patio doors straight out to the garden. The other has twin beds. Both have TVs. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, and a coffee machine. There's a freezer in the garage.
The garden is enclosed and gets the sun. There's a barbecue in the garage you can use. You can park on site.
Hutton village has a pub, a butcher, a farm shop, and a convenience store. There's a train station here too. The market town of Driffield is a short drive away for more shops and places to eat. From Driffield station you can get trains direct to the coast at Bridlington and Scarborough.
The coast is about half an hour's drive. Bridlington and Filey are the main seaside towns. For birdwatching, RSPB Bempton Cliffs is well worth a visit. The Flamborough Head coastline is good for walks.
Inland, you're on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds for walking and cycling. Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere House are stately homes within easy reach. For a bigger day out, York is about an hour's drive. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
