Riverview
This is Riverview, over in Rotsea. It's on a farm conversion with a few other cottages, but you've got your own garden. It's quiet out here. You look out over fields and a bit of woodland. Deer and foxes are common.
It sleeps eight in four bedrooms, with two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up well, quite spacious. You have to go outside to get to the downstairs loo and shower room. That's because of how they converted the old barns.
The main thing here is the shared stuff. There's an indoor heated swimming pool you can use, a games room, and a kids' play area. It's all included. There's parking right by the cottage.
You're four miles from the nearest shop and pub, in Brandesburton. For a bigger shop, Beverley is about twelve miles. The coast at Bridlington is about twenty minutes' drive. Scarborough and Filey aren't much further.
If you like walking or cycling, you can start right from the door. The Yorkshire Wolds are close by. The RSPB at Bempton Cliffs is about half an hour away for the seabirds. For a day out, York is under an hour. Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere Hall are both about thirty minutes by car.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a washing machine, dishwasher,TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to three dogs. The garden is fully enclosed.
