School Cottage
School Cottage is near Gembling in the East Riding. It used to be part of the old village school. It's quiet here, just fields around.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. There's a shower room down there too. The stairs are normal.
The main room is big. It has a wood burner and French doors out to the garden. The kitchen is off that room. It's got an induction hob, a dishwasher, and a washing machine is in a utility cupboard.
The garden is a good size. There's a patio with furniture and a lawn. The view is over the fields. You can see for miles.
It's about a fifteen minute drive to the coast at Skipsea. Bridlington and Hornsea are maybe twenty-five minutes away for a proper seaside day. Driffield is the nearest town for shops, about ten minutes.
For walking, you're right on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds. The Yorkshire Wolds website has routes. For a day out, Burton Agnes Hall is close and Sledmere House isn't far either.
What's here: the wifi works, there's parking, bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
