Lodge 42 is in Carnaby, which is on the edge of Bridlington. It's a modern, detached holiday lodge. The decking area is enclosed so it's secure for dogs and kids.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, both with their own shower room. That's useful. It has a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and functional.
The main room is open plan: kitchen, table, sofas and a TV. The doors open onto the deck. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
You can walk into Bridlington along the beach, which takes about 20 minutes. The town has the usual seaside things: a harbour, fish and chips, arcades. There's a leisure centre with a pool if the weather's bad.
A short drive north gets you to RSPB Bempton Cliffs. It's good for watching seabirds. Sewerby Hall is close by too, if you want a park and a historic house to walk around.
Further out, you can drive to York in about an hour. Or go up the coast to Filey and Scarborough. Flamborough Head is nearby for cliff walks.
It's dog friendly, with space for two pets. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside the lodge.
