Owl Cottage
Owl Cottage is on our sheep farm. It's a barn conversion, one of a few on the farm. The address is Flamborough. You're about a ten minute walk from the cliff top and the village.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One twin room and a bathroom are on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, a double and another twin. The ceilings up there slope a bit because of the roof. The other main bathroom is upstairs too.
You've got your own patio area out the front with a table and chairs. There's a stone barbecue there as well. The garden looks out over the fields.
Inside, there's a big living room with a dining table. The kitchen is off that. It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's underfloor heating downstairs, which is good when it's cold. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and comfortable.
You can bring up to two dogs. We ask that they stay off the furniture.
Flamborough village is a short walk. It's got two pubs, fish and chip shops, and a shop. The lighthouse is a drive away. The cliffs at Bempton are a must if you like seabirds. The RSPB site has all the details.
Bridlington is about fifteen minutes by car. Sandy beaches, a harbour, the promenade. Further inland, places like Burton Agnes Hall are within half an hour. York is roughly an hour if you fancy a city day.
Included in the price: all bedding and towels, electricity, WiFi. There's parking right outside. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. There's an electric vehicle charger.
