3 Le Dorney Villa
This is 3 Le Dorney Villa, down in Par. It's one of a pair, but you've got your own space and garden. It was built recently, so it's all fresh and good on insulation. Has a 4 Star rating.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, all with super king beds that can be split into twins if you need. Two bathrooms, both with big double showers. One bedroom and its bathroom are on the ground floor, which is handy.
Upstairs is open plan, kitchen, living, dining area. Doors lead out to a big patio with a sofa, table and a BBQ. The kitchen has what you need. There's a garage with an EV charger.
They keep kayaks there you're welcome to use, for the bay. You can walk to Par beach or Spit beach from the house. The Southwest Coast Path is right there. There's a pub, a fishmonger, and a greengrocer nearby. Par station is close if you want to get the train.
For days out, you're in a good spot. The Eden Project is about ten minutes by car. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are maybe twenty minutes. Charlestown harbour is a short drive. We often go to the beaches at Polkerris or Porthpean.
Facilities: everything's included, bedding, towels, wifi, washing machine. There's parking. It's got an EV charger. No pets allowed.
