Seascape - St Catherine's Court

Seascape is a ground floor apartment on The Esplanade in Fowey. It's part of St Catherine's Court, which is a big converted hotel. You're right on the water, so the view from the windows is straight across the estuary to Polruan and the sea. No buildings in the way.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's included and it's well looked after. Being ground floor is handy.

You're right on The Esplanade, which is the main path along the water. Turn left and you're in the heart of Fowey in a few minutes. All the little lanes, shops, and places to eat are there. The town's famous for Daphne du Maurier and the regatta. It's a proper working harbour, so there's always something going on.

There's a small beach at Readymoney Cove, about a five minute walk. Good for a paddle or crabbing. For a proper swim, you'd want to go to Polkerris beach, which is a drive or a nice coastal walk.

The apartment is basically on the South West Coast Path. You can walk from the door. The Hall Walk, which goes around the estuary, is a good one. You can get the ferry across to Polruan and walk from there.

For days out, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within half an hour. There are plenty of National Trust places nearby too, like Lansallos Cove or Lanhydrock.

What's here: parking on site, which is a bonus in Fowey. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry. There's a shop and a pub about 200 yards away.
