Treen is in Lansallos. It’s a detached house, so no neighbours attached. Sleeps eight, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It’s a 4 Star place, so it’s more comfortable than basic. You can bring two dogs.
The garden is yours, with a patio and a BBQ. There's parking right there. Inside, there's a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a wet room on the ground floor, which is useful.
You’re about a fifteen minute walk from the coast. The path to Lansallos Cove is through woods. From there, you can get onto the South West Coast Path. The beach is shingle.
The nearest shop and pub are in Polperro, about two and a half miles away. Polperro is a fishing village. Looe is a bit further, maybe ten minutes in the car. It’s bigger, with a sandy beach, shops and places to eat.
For a day out, Fowey is across the river. You can get a foot ferry from Polruan or a car ferry from Bodinnick. It has narrow streets with shops and cafes. The National Trust has several properties nearby if you like that sort of thing.
Within about half an hour’s drive you’ve got the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Mevagissey. The surfing beach at Polzeath is further, about an hour away.
