Hayloft
The Hayloft is part of Trecan Farm, down a long private drive near Trecangate. It's one of a few cottages and a lodge here. You're right out in the countryside, so you get proper quiet and views over the fields. You might see deer or buzzards.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The place is open plan downstairs, which works well for a small group.
The farm has animals like goats and chickens, and they get fed daily, which kids usually like. There's a tennis court and an indoor games room on site too. If you're bringing a dog, that's fine, one is allowed.
You're about five miles from the coast. Talland Bay is good for rock pools and the coastal path. Looe has a sandy beach and a harbour. For a bigger day out, the Eden Project is well worth a visit, and the Camel Trail is great for cycling. The National Trust Cornwall site is useful for planning walks.
Facilities: there's a wood burner, a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding is included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed and there's parking right outside.
