Little Quoin is an apartment in Fowey. It's on the top two floors of a Victorian building right on the esplanade. You can see the river and harbour from the main rooms.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both en-suite. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well kept and comfortable.
The main thing is the view. And the balcony. It's a proper Victorian balcony, you can sit out there with a drink and watch the boats. The stairs up to the apartment are fairly steep, just so you know.
You're about a minute's walk from the middle of Fowey. For the beach, Readymoney Cove is a ten or fifteen minute walk down the hill.
Facilities are all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
If you're driving out, the Eden Project is about twenty minutes away. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are maybe thirty minutes. For walks, the South West Coast Path runs right past. The National Trust has lots of nearby places like Lanhydrock.
