Little Quoin
Little Quoin is an apartment on one of the upper floors of a big Victorian building right on the Fowey Esplanade. So the main thing is the view. You look straight out over the river, the harbour, and the sea. It's not obstructed.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so everything's in good order. It's clean and comfortable.
There's a proper Victorian balcony off the living room. It's not huge, but you can fit a couple of chairs on it. It's a good spot for a coffee in the morning, just watching the boats.
You're about a minute's walk from the middle of Fowey. All the shops, cafes, and pubs are right there. For the beach, you walk down to Readymoney Cove. That takes about ten or fifteen minutes on foot.
Facilities are what you'd expect: TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. The electricity is part of the price. No pets, I'm afraid.
