This is Bosula, in Fowey. It's a detached bungalow, so it's all on one level. You're up at the top of the town in a quiet cul-de-sac, but it's only a five or ten minute walk down the hill into the centre.
It sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well equipped. The living room has french doors that look out over the town and down towards the river. The kitchen has a big window looking over the garden.
The garden is a good size. There's a patio with a table. It catches the sun. You get the whole plot to yourselves, plus parking right there.
You're a short walk from the shops, pubs, and the ferry across to Polruan. The coastal path runs right past. You can walk up to Readymoney Cove one way, or towards Bodinnick the other.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got loads. The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and several good beaches like Polkerris and Par Sands. Charlestown is interesting for the tall ships. If you need a bigger town, St Austell is close.
Inside, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are here. You can bring one dog.
