The Lodge
The Lodge is a detached bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac in Fowey. It's a four star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. That's handy if you've got a full house. The garden at the back is enclosed and private, so it's safe for kids or a dog. You can park two cars on the drive.
The best thing is the location. You can walk into Fowey town centre in a few minutes for the shops, pubs, and the harbour. There's a local shop and post office literally at the top of the garden path, which is useful for milk or papers.
Inside, there's a wood burner for cooler evenings. It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included, and we can provide a cot.
You're allowed to bring one well-behaved dog.
For things to do, you're right on the South West Coast Path. The National Trust has loads of properties nearby, like Lanhydrock or the coast at Polperro. The Eden Project is about a 25 minute drive away. For a bigger beach day, you can drive to Par Sands or Carlyon Bay in not much more than half an hour.
