The Wagon House is on the Prideaux Estate, near St Blazey. It's a single-storey building, so everything's on one level. It's detached, so it's just you. There's a private, enclosed garden attached. The views are over the Luxulyan Valley and the woods. It's quiet.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's finished to a high standard. Everything's new and works well.
The facilities are what you'd expect: a woodburning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV. There's parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included.
The valley itself is right there for walking. The Saints' Way footpath starts nearby in Prideaux Wood. It goes from Fowey to Padstow if you're up for a long walk. For the coast, the South West Coast Path is about a 15 minute drive away.
Fowey is the closest proper town, about five miles. It's a proper harbour town with pubs, shops, and places to eat. You can get boat trips from there. The Eden Project is maybe a ten minute drive. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about twenty minutes away.
