Mill Cottage
Mill Cottage is in the heart of Fowey, on the seafront just up from the main town. It's a stone barn conversion. You've got your own small terrace out the back, which is gated, and there are shared gardens for everyone in the row.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's straightforward, clean, and comfortable. It's a 3 Star, so you're not getting fancy fittings, but it's solid.
The building is old, so the ceilings in the bedrooms are a bit low in places. The stairs are typical cottage stairs, so mind your head on the way up.
You can walk into Fowey town centre in five minutes. It's all there: plenty of pubs, cafes, and shops. The ferry across to Polruan leaves from just down the hill, and the South West Coast Path runs right past the door.
For a good day out, the Lanhydrock estate is about a twenty-minute drive. The Eden Project is roughly half an hour away. Head the other way, and you've got Charlestown harbour, which is good for a wander.
Facilities are as you see: washing machine, cot and highchair available, bedding and towels are in, there's a TV and WiFi. Parking is on-site, which is a bonus here. You can bring the dog, two maximum.
