Westaway Cottage is on the main street in Charlestown. It's a stone-fronted end-of-terrace house. You're right by the harbour.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and in good condition. Everything works.
Downstairs is one main open space. There's a kitchen and dining area at the back, and the living room at the front. The floors are stone tiles, so they can be cool underfoot. There's a woodburning stove in the living room. The WiFi is fine for normal use.
Upstairs, there's a double room with a king-size bed, a room with two single beds, and a room with bunk beds. The bathroom has both a roll-top bath and a separate shower cubicle.
Outside, there's a small enclosed patio garden at the back with a table and a BBQ. You can park one car on the drive at the front.
Charlestown itself is a working harbour. It's historic, quite small, and can get busy in summer. There's a small sandy beach, a couple of pubs, some shops and the Shipwreck Museum. Several scenes from Poldark were filmed around the harbour.
The Eden Project is about a ten-minute drive. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about fifteen minutes away. You can walk along the coast path from the village. For a bigger beach, Carlyon Bay is just a couple of minutes drive along the road.
St Austell, with bigger supermarkets, is less than ten minutes away by car.
The cottage allows up to two pets. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine and dishwasher.
