3 Waterwheel Apartment is in Charlestown, in a modern block. It's on the first floor. You get two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It sleeps four.
The main thing is the balcony. It's off the living room and has a table and chairs. You can sit out there. The place is light and everything's in good order. It's got a 4 Star rating.
Charlestown itself is the attraction. It's an old port, unchanged, with tall ships. They use it for filming a lot. There are a couple of pubs and restaurants right there. The beach is sandy with pebbles.
For a proper sandy beach, Porthpean is a short drive away. That's better for families. The South West Coast Path runs right past, so you can walk from the door.
St Austell is just over a mile for bigger shops. The Eden Project is about five miles, maybe a fifteen minute drive. It's a big day out.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, wifi, and your own parking space in the development. No pets.
