3 Waterwheel Apartment is in Charlestown. It's one of a group of modern apartments, not an old cottage. You get a private balcony with a table and four chairs, which is nice when the sun's out.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms, and has two bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main thing is the location. It's right in the middle of Charlestown itself, which is a proper old port. You'll see the tall ships in the harbour. It's been used in a lot of films and TV because it looks the part. There are a couple of pubs and restaurants a short walk away.
The beach here is shingle and sand, interesting for rocks. For a bigger, sandy beach, Porthpean is about a five minute drive.
The apartment is right on the South West Coast Path. You can walk from the door. For longer walks or planning, South West Coast Path is the site to use.
The Eden Project is close, maybe 15 minutes by car. St Austell is just over a mile for bigger shops.
In terms of what's there: it has a dishwasher and washing machine, WiFi, and your own parking space within the development. No pets allowed.
