This is Sunrise. It's one of four cottages here in Hornick, near St Austell. It's detached, so you've got your own walls. There's a shared garden area with a summerhouse and a bit of play equipment if you've got children with you.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything is on the ground floor and the entrance is wheelchair accessible, which is good to know.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV, WiFi, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
The location is the main thing. You're a few minutes' drive from the south coast. Mevagissey is close, that's a proper old fishing village. St Austell Bay is right there, with beaches like Porthpean. Charlestown is interesting, it's got the tall ships and the old harbour. You're in a good spot to get to places. Fowey is about twenty minutes. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are maybe fifteen. Truro is half an hour if you want a city. You can get to the north coast, like Padstow, in under an hour.
There's a pub a mile away and a shop and restaurant about a mile and a half. For walking, the Pentewan trail is nearby. There are a few local golf courses and fishing if that's your thing.
