Lower Stables is in Polmassick, which is near Tregony on the Roseland in Cornwall. It's a ground floor barn conversion. A family live in the flat upstairs permanently, so please be considerate of that.
It sleeps five. There are three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single room. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Because it's all on the ground floor and has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, it can be good for people with limited mobility. The open plan living space has a tiled floor and old beams. It's light.
The kitchen has a Rangemaster cooker and a dishwasher. The garden is south-facing and enclosed, so it gets the sun and is secure for dogs. There's a BBQ.
It's a quiet, rural spot. Tregony village is close by and has a shop and a pub. The Roseland peninsula is lovely for exploring. Pendower beach is about a 20 minute drive. You can get boat trips from St Mawes.
For days out, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are within half an hour. Truro city is about 25 minutes away for bigger shops. The coast path is accessible nearby for walking.
Facilities wise: WiFi, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
