Willow Barn
Willow Barn is over in Polmassick, near Mevagissey. It's a detached barn conversion, so it's on its own. We're next door, but you've got your own space.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well looked after, but it's not huge. The layout is upside-down to get the views, so you live upstairs. The stairs are fine, but there's no lift.
The living area is open plan upstairs, with big doors that open onto a balcony. You can sit out there. It looks over the fields. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings.
Downstairs are the bedrooms. One has an en-suite shower room. The main bathroom is between the rooms. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance, but the living space is upstairs.
There's a pub about three quarters of a mile down the lane. It does food. The nearest shop is about two miles away in Gorran. For a beach, you're about four miles from places like Gorran Haven or Mevagissey. Mevagissey is a proper working harbour, about three and a half miles. It's got narrow streets and places to eat.
The Lost Gardens of Heligan are very close. The Eden Project is about a twenty minute drive. Fowey is a nice town for a wander, maybe half an hour by car. There's a ferry from there to Mevagissey in the summer.
You can store bikes. There's an electric vehicle charger. Parking is right outside. We allow up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and a cot and highchair if you need them.
