Gewans Farm Cottage
Gewans Farm Cottage is on our sheep farm just outside St Austell. It's the old wing of the farmhouse, so it's attached to our place but you've got your own front door and a patio that's just yours.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, but because it's old, there are slate floors in the kitchen and the stairs are a bit steep and narrow. That's just how it is.
The patio gets the sun most of the day and is sheltered. From the garden you can see across the fields towards St Austell. You're welcome to walk around the farm. We have stables if you wanted to bring your own horse.
The beach is about a mile down the lane. St Austell town and Charlestown are also about a mile away for shops and pubs. Charlestown has the old harbour and tall ships.
The big attractions are close. The Eden Project is about five miles. So are The Lost Gardens of Heligan. You can drive to either in fifteen minutes.
What's here: there's a woodburning stove, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. There's parking right outside. You can bring one dog.
