Greenhaven

Greenhaven is my bungalow in Tywardreath. It's attached to my house, but the garden and the patio are yours. The garden's got a few years on it, lots of shrubs and trees. From the lounge and the patio you can see right out over St Austell Bay. It's a good view.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped, but it's not a show home. It's a home. You'll find it clean and tidy.

The village is quiet. There's a shop about a ten-minute walk away and a pub even closer. The beach at Par is sandy and it's half a mile down the hill. You can walk it if you don't mind the walk back up.

If you drive, Fowey and Mevagissey are about ten minutes. Charlestown, with the old ships, is ten minutes the other way. The Eden Project is probably the closest big thing, about seven minutes by car. The mainline train station at Par is five minutes away if you want to go somewhere without the car.

Inside, there's a washing machine, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The bedding and towels are there for you. Parking is right outside. No pets, sorry.
