Greenhaven

Greenhaven is my bungalow in Tywardreath. It's attached to one side of our house, but it's completely separate and you have your own front door and garden.

The big thing is the view. You look straight out over St Austell Bay. You get it from the lounge and from the little decked patio outside.

It sleeps two. There's one bedroom and one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The whole place is on one level.

The garden is mature, so it's got some nice established shrubs and trees.

The beach at Par Sands is about half a mile down the hill. It's a sandy beach. The village shop is about 700 yards away, and the pub is 500 yards. They do food.

You're in a good spot for getting about. Fowey and Mevagissey are a short drive. The Eden Project is about seven minutes by car. The mainline train station at Par is five minutes away if you're coming by train or want a day out without the car.

For things to do, the National Trust Cornwall page is good, and so is Visit Cornwall.

Inside, you've got a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. All the bedding and towels are included.
