Riverview
This is Riverview, up at the top of Fowey town. It's detached, so no one attached to the sides. You get a view from the front over the roofs down to the river estuary. It's not right on the water, but you can see it.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, and each one has its own shower room. That's the main thing about it.
There's a front garden and a back garden. Both are enclosed. Parking is on the drive.
The local shop and post office is literally a few steps away, which is useful. To get down into the middle of Fowey for the pubs, restaurants, and the harbour, it's a walk. About ten or fifteen minutes downhill. It's a proper Cornish hill, so the walk back up is a bit of a pull.
Fowey itself is all there, really. You can get boats from the town quay. The National Trust Fowey Estuary pages are good for walks. The coastal path is right there too.
If you drive, you've got places like Polperro about twenty minutes one way, and the Eden Project about twenty minutes the other. Lost Gardens of Heligan is maybe half an hour.
Inside, it's got the things you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV. All the bedding and towels are included. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. No pets allowed, I'm afraid.
