It's St Monica's in Fowey. It used to be a chapel, for the Catholic community, but it's a house now. It's red brick.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. You can bring one dog. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped.
It's laid out upside down. The living room and kitchen are upstairs on the first floor. That's because of the big window. It's an arched window, floor to ceiling. You get a good view of the river from there. You can watch the Bodinnick ferry going back and forth.
The garden is yours. There's parking.
It's about a ten minute walk into the centre of Fowey. You can avoid the main town traffic by using the back road to get there, which is useful in summer.
For the river, you're close to the Caffa Mill car and dinghy park, and the Bodinnick Ferry slip. There's access for boat launching nearby.
Inside, it's got the things you'd need: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you've got a baby.
If you're looking for things to do, the National Trust Cornwall page is a good start. The South West Coast Path runs right through here. The Eden Project is about a 20 minute drive. Charleston harbour and Mevagissey are within half an hour.
