St Monicas is in Fowey. It was a chapel originally, hence the shape. The brick is red. It sleeps six, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star property.
The main living area is upstairs. It's open plan, with high ceilings. The big arched window looks out over the river. You can see the ferry going back and forth to Bodinnick from there. It's a good spot.
It's about a ten minute walk into the centre of Fowey. You can get to it from the back road, which helps avoid the main town traffic. The Caffa Mill car park and a spot for launching small boats are nearby.
Outside there's a patio garden. Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot if you need it. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
Fowey itself has pubs, shops, and places to eat. The South West Coast Path runs through here. For a longer trip, the Eden Project is about a twenty minute drive. Charlestown with its tall ships is similar. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are maybe thirty minutes away.
