Dayan Cottage is on Clifton Terrace in Fowey. It's on the ground and first floor of a stone building, with another home above it. It's two minutes from the town centre, so you can leave the car and walk to everything.
It sleeps three people. There are two bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom. That's the main thing about the place. It's been done up recently but the old sash windows and stone walls are still there.
The kitchen is open plan. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, and a fridge with a small freezer section. It's all clean and works.
You can walk down to Readymoney Cove in about ten or fifteen minutes. It's a sandy beach.
For things to do, Fowey is right there. The ferry across to Polruan is at the bottom of the town. The Saints' Way footpath goes through if you like walking. The National Trust has a few places nearby like Lanhydrock, which is about a twenty-minute drive. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are maybe twenty-five minutes away by car.
Included in the price: all the utilities, WiFi, a TV, and the bedding and towels. There's no garden, but you don't really need one here. No pets allowed.
