This is Kernewyck. It's one of several cottages on an old farmstead here in Trenewan, near Fowey in Cornwall.
The cottage itself sleeps four in two bedrooms, with one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. We allow up to two dogs.
The cottage is part of a group set in a shared field, so there's space for kids to run about. There's a play area and some garden games. Other cottages are nearby, which is good if you're booking with a larger group. You have your own patio and garden area.
It's useful for getting around. Looe and Polperro are about ten minutes by car, which is where you'll find the main shops and restaurants. Fowey, which is a nice estuary town, is about a fifteen minute drive. It's decent for walks.
The nearest beach is probably at Polperro or Lantic Bay, about a twenty minute drive. You're well-placed for a few tourist spots like the Eden Project or the Lost Gardens of Heligan, both within half an hour. If you like National Trust places, Lanhydrock is nearby and Coastal Cornwall has information on other properties and walks.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and towels and bedding are included. There's parking right outside. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but it's worth noting the internal layout is on two floors.
