Laity
This place is called Laity. It's a ground floor apartment in Polperro, about two minutes' walk from the harbour.
It's a 3 Star apartment, so it's clean and comfortable but not luxurious. It has one main bedroom with a four-poster bed, which is quite a feature. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The living area has a sofa bed, so officially it sleeps four. Realistically, it's best for two people, or a couple with maybe one or two kids using the sofa bed. The kitchen is small, but it has what you need: oven, hob, fridge, washing machine.
You can bring one dog. There's a travel cot and a highchair there if you need them.
You're right in the middle of things. The local shop, pubs, and restaurants are about 50 yards away. You don't need to drive anywhere once you're here.
If you want to explore, Looe is about a ten-minute drive along the coast. The South West Coast Path runs right past Polperro. For wider trips, the National Trust has a lot of properties in Cornwall within 30 minutes, like Lanhydrock or Polperro's own Chapel of St Peter.
Parking is on-street nearby. You can usually find a space.
