The place is called Sea View. It's in Porthallow, right up on the Lizard Peninsula. It's a detached cottage.
It's for four people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The main thing is the location. It's quiet. You're a couple of minutes' walk from the front, which is rocky cove rather than a sandy beach. Good for a swim if you're steady on your feet. There's coastal path access right there if you want to walk.
The cottage is all on one level. There's a ramp to the front door, so it works if you have mobility issues or a pushchair. Inside it's open plan, so the kitchen, dining and sitting area are all together. It's got a washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Outside there's a garden and a patio with a barbecue. You can park right there.
For a proper shop or a pub meal, you'd need to drive. Porthallow has a pub, but it's about a mile and a half away. St Keverne is a little bigger and is about ten minutes in the car.
If you want to go further, you're in a good spot for the Lizard. Kynance Cove is about twenty minutes by car. The Goonhilly satellite station is nearby. For a day out, the National Trust Lizard page is useful, and Visit Cornwall has ideas for the whole area.
No pets, I'm afraid.
