Little Larnick is in Looe. It's a semi-detached place in what used to be a hotel's grounds, so it's quiet but you can walk into town. It's for two people.
It's got one bedroom and one bathroom, all on the same level. The bedroom has a door out to a small balcony. The living area has French doors to a patio. You get a view across the estuary from there, which is nice with a cup of tea.
The rating is 4 Star. It's got everything you need: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. You can bring one dog.
You're about a ten minute walk from the town centre and the main beach. There's a dog-friendly beach at Hannafore too. The station for the Looe Valley Line is close if you fancy going by train. The shop is five minutes away, the nearest pub is about the same.
From here you can do the coastal path walks, or go up the River Looe by foot. For a day out, Polperro is along the coast. Fowey is a short drive west, and Plymouth is east over the Tamar. The National Trust and Cornwall Council sites are good for planning walks. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within half an hour.
