This is Little Larnick, over in Looe. It's in the grounds of what used to be a hotel, so it's tucked back and quiet, but you're basically on the edge of town. The views from the front look right across the Looe river and the valley. It's good.
It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. The bedroom has its own bathroom and doors that open onto a little balcony. The main room has French doors that go out to a patio area. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You can walk into Looe in a few minutes. There's a shop about a quarter of a mile away, and a pub and restaurant just down the hill. The beach is half a mile. Hannifore Beach over in West Looe lets dogs all year.
The local branch line train stops at Looe station, which is handy if you don't fancy driving. The town has the usual stuff: fishing trips, boat rides, decent pasty shops. The fish market is worth a look if you're cooking.
If you want to go further out, Polperro is along the coast. Fowey is a short drive west, or you can get the ferry from Bodinnick. Plymouth is about a 45-minute drive east. The big attractions like the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are within half an hour. For general planning, National Trust Cornwall has good information.
In terms of what's here: there's parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. The electricity is covered. There's an electric vehicle charger. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
