Stables

This place is Stables. It's one of two former barns on our land near Looe. They're 17th century stone buildings, so they've got thick walls. It's detached and you get your own parking.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. That bathroom is on the ground floor, which is practical. It's a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable, with things like a dishwasher and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring one dog.

The location is the main thing. You're right by the South West Coastal Path. A few minutes' walk down the lane is Millendreath Beach. It's a small, quiet beach with a cafe that does food and drinks. The proper big sandy beach and the harbour are in Looe itself, which is about three and a half miles away by road.

Looe has the fish market, shops, and plenty of places to eat. For a classic Cornish fishing village, Polperro is close along the coast path.

If you're driving out for the day, The Monkey Sanctuary is very near. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are about a 30 minute drive. For something more active, Adrenalin Quarry is nearby. There's a local golf course, and you can fish from Looe.
