Seanicview Villa is in Millendreath, which is just outside Looe. It's part of a hillside resort. There's a walk up to the villa, but you get the view. The patio is a good size and secure. You look right out to sea.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. One double, one twin. It's got a 4 Star rating. The living space is open-plan. There are two sofas, a TV, and some books and DVDs. The kitchen is modern and does the job.
You're on the resort, so you've got the private sandy beach right there. The beach is south-facing. It's also a designated Dark Sky spot, so on a clear night you can see the stars really well. There's 65 acres of woodland to walk through as well. The South West Coast Path runs through it.
Looe itself is about a ten minute drive. It's a proper fishing port. There's a harbour, shops, cafes, the usual. Polperro is along the coast too, maybe fifteen minutes in the car. It's very pretty, all narrow streets and coloured houses.
For facilities: you've got the patio, parking on site, WiFi, a washing machine, and bedding is included. You can bring up to two dogs.
