This is 3 The Coastguards in Downderry. It's right on the front, facing the sea. You can see the beach from the garden. It's a terraced cottage, part of the old coastguard buildings.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. The rating is 3 Star, which is about right. It's comfortable and clean, not a show home. The living room has a big window looking out at the water. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings.
The beach is practically on the doorstep. You can walk straight out and down. There's a pub, a shop, and a restaurant about 300 yards up the road.
If you want to explore, there are plenty of other beaches and coastal paths nearby. Looe is about a fifteen minute drive. Plymouth is roughly forty minutes. The National Trust for Cornwall has a lot of good coastal spots within half an hour.
It has parking, WiFi, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's no bath, just a shower. Sorry, no pets.
