Mor Ki

Mor Ki is a first-floor apartment in Looe. It's right in the middle of everything. You’re above St Clements Terrace, so you’ve got your own front door off the street, but you go up a flight of stairs to get in.

It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It was refurbished a few years ago, so the kitchen and bathroom are in good order. It’s furnished with some older pieces and paintings, so it feels like a proper place, not a blank box.

The location is the main thing. You step outside and the shops, cafés, and pubs are right there. The river’s a minute away. The beach is about a five-minute walk. The flat opposite is a pub, which is handy. The roads in Looe are narrow and it's a one-way system, so driving in can be tight. The best bet is to head for the Buller Quay car park by the bridge, unload, and walk over. If that’s full, the Riverbank or Millpool car parks are a bit further but still walkable.

For a good walk, you can follow the coast path to Polperro. It’s a nice stretch and you can get some food there afterwards. In the other direction, Talland Bay is close. There's a café there that does barbecues in the evening.

If you’re driving out, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both about half an hour away. Fowey is lovely, but you’ll need to book restaurants in advance. For a woodland walk, Kilminorth Woods is just outside town.

Facilities include a washing machine, WiFi, and all bedding and towels. The electricity is included. Sorry, no pets.
