Moby House is in Downderry, on the south coast of Cornwall. It's a semi-detached house, quite modern. There's parking for one car.
It's got three bedrooms over two floors and sleeps six. Two bathrooms help with mornings. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped, but not high-end.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you have dogs or kids. You can see the sea from upstairs. The village shop and a pub are a few minutes walk away.
The main thing is the beach. It's a five minute walk downhill. It's sandy and dog friendly all year. It's not huge but it's a proper beach. The South West Coast Path runs right past the village if you want a longer walk.
Looe is about four miles west. It's a busy little fishing town with shops, pubs, and boat trips. Polperro is a bit further on. It's a pretty harbour but the streets are narrow.
Heading east from here, the road goes towards Rame Head. The views over Whitsand Bay are really good from up there. That's about a twenty minute drive.
Inside it's open plan on the ground floor. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We have a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. There's no extra charge.
