Alright, this is about Garden Cottage in Porthallow. It's on the south coast of Cornwall. The village is one street really, quiet. It's a proper working fishing cove, so the beach is pebbles and boats, not sand.
The cottage is detached. It's small but worked out well. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and one with a single. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow just so you know. One bathroom downstairs.
You can park right outside the front door. There's a patio garden out the back. It's enclosed, which is good if you've got kids. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
It's got a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a TV and WiFi. You can actually get into the cottage with a wheelchair, but the downstairs layout is open plan so there aren't any internal doors to worry about.
Location wise, you're right there. The beach is across the road. If you walk south along the coast path you'll get to Nare Head. It's a good walk. The Roseland peninsula is about half an hour's drive if you want to explore that way.
The Lizard is also about half an hour south. Kynance Cove is down there. You can go to Falmouth too in about the same time.
If you're planning days out, the Cornwall Council countryside site has walking maps. National Trust Cornwall is worth a look as well.
No pets. Sorry.
