The Linney is one of the cottages at Cartole, near Trenewan. It's a group of converted farm buildings set back from the lane. You've got your own patio and there's a shared field for the kids to run about in.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept. The main doorway and the living area are on one level, which is handy.
The place is pretty quiet. The nearest pub that does food is about a mile's walk. For a proper shop, you need to drive to Looe, which is about ten minutes. Polperro is a bit further.
If you're driving, you can get to a lot from here. Looe has the beach and the harbour. The coast path is good for walks. The National Trust's Antony House is about half an hour away. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 30 minute drive too.
For facilities, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs. They've got a highchair and stairgate if you need them.
