Waterside
Waterside is a flat on the seplanade in Fowey. It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom.
The main thing is the view. It faces south straight over the estuary to Polruan. You get that from the living room windows and the little balcony. The balcony is sheltered, so you can sit outside even if there's a bit of wind. There's also a small garden at the front.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well kept. It feels spacious for a one-bed flat.
You're right on the coastal path. Readymoney Cove beach is a five minute walk one way, and the town centre is about the same the other way. There's a foot ferry to Polruan just down the road, about a hundred yards.
For amenities: there's a shop about two hundred yards away. A pub at three hundred. Several restaurants are closer, around two hundred and fifty yards.
Facilities in the flat include a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's no parking right at the property, but there are public car parks in town.
If you want to drive out, the Eden Project is about twenty minutes away. For National Trust places, Lanhydrock is half an hour and Antony is about twenty-five minutes.
