Waterfront Apartment
This is Waterfront Apartment in Fowey. It's a first-floor place above Haveners Restaurant on the harbour front. The main thing is the view. The living room and the big balcony face south over the harbour and straight out to sea.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms and has one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept. The balcony is a proper suntrap.
You should know it's above a restaurant. It's a St Austell Brewery place called Haveners, a bar and grill. They do good food. You might hear some background noise in the evenings, but it's generally quiet by 11. On a warm night, sitting out there with the harbour lights is nice.
Everything you need is included: bedding, towels, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There's space for one well-behaved dog. We can provide a cot if needed.
Fowey itself is all right there. You can walk straight out onto the town streets and the South West Coast Path. For a longer trip, the National Trust has lots of spots nearby like Lantic Bay or Polperro. The Eden Project is about a 20-minute drive inland.
That's about it. It's a good spot if you want to be right in the middle of things with a view.
