Sand Dunes
This is Sand Dunes. It's in Par, Cornwall. A detached house, so no one attached to the other side. The main thing is the position. You're a couple of minutes' walk from the dunes and the beach. You can see the sea from here.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which helps. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well kitted out and comfortable.
The garden is enclosed. There's a patio area and a BBQ. We've left some beach stuff for you, towels, wind breaks, that sort of thing. There's on site parking and an electric vehicle charger.
There's a pub and a restaurant about 500 yards away. A shop is a quarter of a mile. The beach at Polkerris is near, maybe five minutes in the car. It's got sand, a beach cafe, the usual.
Fowey is close. Nice for a wander, some shops and cafes by the harbour. You can get boat trips from there. The coastal path runs nearby if you like walking.
If you're driving out, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within half an hour. You can get the train from Par station if you don't want to use the car.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
