Sand Dunes
Sand Dunes is a detached house in Par, Cornwall. It's about 500 yards from the beach, behind the dunes. You get a clear view of the sea from the front.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and everything is in good order.
The garden is enclosed. There's a patio with sun loungers. We leave some beach kit there you can use, like towels, wind breaks, and a cool box.
There's a quiet path that takes you to the beach. The same path goes to the local pub and a restaurant, both about five minutes walk. The shop is a bit further, maybe a ten minute walk.
The Cornish coastal path is close by, so you can start walking from the door. Polkerris beach is a short drive away, maybe five minutes. It's a nice cove with sand, a bistro, and a pub.
Fowey is about ten minutes by car. It's a proper little harbour town with shops, cafes, and boat trips. You can get a ferry across to Polruan from there.
If you want to go further, The Eden Project is roughly 20 minutes drive. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about half an hour away. For walking routes and coastal information, South West Coast Path is useful.
Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if needed. No pets, sorry.
